Specifications:

For 10mm (3/8″) and 12mm (1/2″) glass -use 2 hinges, having a maximum weight of 110 lbs (50kg), and a width of 36″(914mm). -use 3 hinges, having a maximum weight of 140 lbs (63kg), and a width of 36″ (914mm).

ASSEMBLY:

for 3/8″(10mm) glass use thick rubber on each side for1/2″(12mm) glass use thin rubber on each side

CAUTION:

For public safety, we recommend only using tempered of safety glass. (But verify with local building codes.) DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS FOR MOUNTING THESE HINGES

CLEANING:

Our hinges are greased at the factory for quiet and trouble-free operation. If there is any squeaking that occurs after installation, put a drop of “3 in 1 Oil” (also known as “household oil”) on the white nylon washer that the hinge body pivots on. Do not use spray lubricant on these hinges.Never use an abrasive cleaner on the hardware. If mineral deposits build-up, mix a couple of drops of a mild liquid soap (such as Ivory or a similar product) into a cup of warm water. Using a soft, non-abrasive cloth, clean the hardware. Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water and dry.
